I'm waiting my turn for a heart catherization, my second. This one is much less frightening than the first - at least according to my recollection after five years. Of course, ignorance can be deceiving! I realize that Dr. Hurley could find problems that could be difficult to deal with. I have plenty of confidence in his expertise.
This is a good time to count blessings. My life has been extended once by Dr. Hurley and Dr. Cannon (and by God). I will be grateful if it can be done again.
I recently started re-reading "Making every day count" (or something like that) by Maxwell. I find I need help focusing.
So, what should I focus on today? I think if I can tell my wife how much she means to me, that will be a good start. I'll stop blogging and work some on that!

I am so glad that God gave me you as an example to follow. Thanks for loving Mom. Everytime that you spoke to her in a loving way, kissed her or gave her that sparkling wink across the room, you were teaching me how to love Brent. I know you won't like to think of it that way. I'm sure your reply will be that you were less than perfect. But I thank you for all the things that you did rightwhile Scott, Jason and I were at home. But most of all tonight I thank you for loving Mom while I was looking as a child!
